Neocera Magma offers a non-destructive fault isolation service for devices with a static defect (shorts, leakages, high resistive opens, and opens). Our team has experience working with devices that include PCBs, capacitors, 2.5/3D packages, and wafers.
All devices are analyzed with top of the line Neocera Magma EFI-PD HiRes (the most current model of the magnetic microscope). The report includes current density images overlaid on optical images and/or client-supplied optical, X-Ray, and CAD files.
